1. Who we are
The controller is identified here by the business brand Home Camping Chiang Mai, based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The owner's registered legal name and full postal address have not been provided and must be confirmed for the final notice. Contact us at homecampingcm@gmail.com or +66 95 967 9933.
2. What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter:
- Name and email address, required to handle and reply to an enquiry
- Phone number, optional
- Requested rental dates, daily/event rental choice and event hours where applicable, guest count, and selected equipment or services
- Message content, if provided, and the calculated price estimate or offer price associated with the enquiry
- Technical request, delivery and security/log information processed by the website and its service providers
Final renter identity, driving licence and payment details are collected separately when arranging a rental, not as required uploads in this enquiry form. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information in an enquiry.
3. Purposes, legal bases and required information
- To reply, check availability and prepare an offer or rental at your request, relying on steps requested before entering a contract and performance of a contract where applicable
- To meet applicable legal duties, including rental, tax and insurance obligations, relying on the relevant legal obligation
- To keep appropriate business records, protect the service against misuse and handle disputes, relying on appropriate legitimate interests where justified and balanced against your rights
Without a name, working email and the rental details required by the form, we cannot process the form or reliably reply, check availability and prepare an estimate. You can omit the optional phone and message. Later, withholding legally required identity/licence or rental information may prevent a rental.
We do not sell enquiry details or use them for marketing without separate consent. Submitting an enquiry is not marketing consent. Consent is used only where actually requested for a specific optional purpose, not assumed as the basis for every processing activity.
4. Who can see it
The form processes your enquiry and emails it directly through Lovable's sender service to the business Gmail inbox, homecampingcm@gmail.com. New enquiries are not written to a website booking database. This does not mean no copies exist: email copies and technical, delivery or security logs may remain with service providers.
Recipient categories include the Home Camping personnel handling enquiries, Lovable for website processing and email delivery, Gmail/Google for business email, and insurers or competent authorities when needed for a rental, claim or legal duty.
WhatsApp is an optional, separate contact channel. If you choose it, WhatsApp and Home Camping process the message under the relevant service's terms and privacy practices. Direct email is likewise handled through the applicable email providers. An email acceptance message is not a confirmed rental.
5. Potential cross-border processing
Lovable, Google/Gmail, WhatsApp and their service providers may process, store or access information outside Thailand. Where applicable, transfers must be assessed under PDPA Sections 28 and 29, including the applicable protection requirements, lawful exceptions or other permitted safeguards. The owner and Thai adviser must review the actual provider arrangements; this draft does not guarantee that every international transfer has already been assessed or meets a particular safeguard.
6. Retention and deletion
Enquiry emails should be kept for enquiry follow-up and related justified business purposes no longer than necessary under a documented retention schedule. The precise schedule is still to be finalised by the owner and Thai adviser, so this draft does not claim to provide a complete Section 23 retention disclosure.
The legacy 12-month enquiry cleanup task is disabled. There is no automatic 12-month deletion of the business inbox, and existing records have not been deleted as part of the email-only change. Provider email/log copies follow the applicable provider retention arrangements, which also require review.
Actual rental records may require legal, tax, insurance, accounting or dispute-related retention. Review and delete information where lawful once it is no longer needed, subject to applicable retention duties. Request deletion or a retention explanation at homecampingcm@gmail.com.
7. Security, technical storage and cookies
Information is handled through the website, delivery service and business inbox. Hosting and delivery services may use essential technical storage and request/security logging. The owner must review access controls, provider arrangements and appropriate security measures; no absolute security guarantee is made.
This draft does not assert that optional analytics or advertising trackers are active. If optional analytics or other non-essential tracking is used, the actual tools, purposes and any required notice or consent must be assessed and disclosed. A completed cookie or security compliance review is not claimed here.
8. Your rights
Where applicable under the PDPA, you may request access and a copy, correction, erasure, objection, restriction of use and data portability. You may withdraw consent where consent is the actual basis for the relevant processing, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. These rights are subject to applicable conditions, exceptions and legal retention duties.
You may complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). Contact Home Camping using the details below to exercise a right; proportionate identity verification may be needed to protect your information.
9. Contact and legal references
To make a request or ask a question about your data, email homecampingcm@gmail.com or call +66 95 967 9933.
