Eligible Driver:
To rent the motorhome, the driver must be at least 25 years old and possess a valid driver's license, either international or local.
Rental payment policy:
Payment must be made in Thai Baht and can be done through cash or bank transfer. The full (100%) rental fees must be paid before the departure date. Any outstanding balance for incidentals or changes must be settled no later than the day of departure.
The rental price includes 7% VAT.
Computation Charges:
Charges are calculated based on the calendar date. Late delivery will incur additional charges. The pick-up and drop-off times are between 08:00 and 18:00. If the reservation is canceled with less than 30 days' notice, 30% of the rental payment will be charged. If the reservation is canceled with less than 7 days' notice, 80% of the rental payment will be charged.
A security deposit of 30,000 THB in cash or Credit Card is required and will be refunded within up to 2 normal business days for cash and up to 10 normal business days for a Credit Card from the day of returning the motorhome to the lessor.
Motorhome Return Requirements:
The motorhome must be returned with full tanks. The black and grey sewer holding tanks must be empty. No damaged or missing equipment should be present upon return.
Additional Charges:
Refueling gasoline will incur a charge of 50 THB per liter for diesel (Motorhome) and 80 THB per liter for gasohol E10 (Generator). Emptying the sewerage holding tanks will result in a charge of 1,000 THB. Collection service, including a driver fee of 3,000 THB plus 50 THB per kilometer, will be applied for every kilometer between the renting location and the place where the vehicle is abandoned, and for returning to the lessor's place of business.
Recovery expenses for damage will amount to 50% of the daily rental fee for the period of maintenance/recovery.
Refund Policy:
There will be no refunds for late pickups or early returns.
Vehicle Repair/ Warranty Disclaimer:
If a breakdown occurs due to the motorhome's fault and repairs are needed, any repair costing up to THB 2,500 may be done at the client's discretion. Repairs exceeding 2,500 THB must have prior authorization from the lessor.
The renter must save and submit all receipts for repairs and retain and bring back the old broken parts. Reimbursements will not be made without a receipt. Any problems must be reported to the lessor immediately.
Responsibility for Vehicle Condition/Return/Driving:
The renter must return the vehicle in the same condition as received at the rental location on the specified date and time. The client will be responsible for any unauthorized or illegal use of the motorhome while it was in use by the client.
The client must not leave any property in the vehicle when leaving, and the client is responsible for any personal equipment while traveling.
Insurance Coverage:
The insurance provided covers third-party damage. The insurance primarily covers auto liability, bodily injury, and property damage, with limits not exceeding the minimum levels prescribed in the coverage. Coverage will be void if the client violates the terms of this agreement or fails to cooperate in any investigation. Handing the vehicle to an unauthorized driver terminates the insurance coverage.
The client is responsible for all damage to the motorhome and any damage or injury caused by the client to a third party that is not covered by the insurance policies or that exceeds the insurance limits.
One Way Rental:
One Way Rental is valid for rentals of a minimum of 3 days with applicable fees.
Reservation/Minimum Rental:
The minimum rental charge is 24 hours.
Baby Seat:
Infant and toddler car seats are available for a fee and upon request at the time of reservation. The fee is 300 THB per day.
Notification:
- A fine of THB 5,000 will be imposed in case of a smelly inside the car, such as smoking, durians, stinky foods, or pets waste in the RV, as it is prohibited.
- Please ensure to keep your belongings before leaving the RV; otherwise, we will not be responsible for any loss.
- In case of loss and damage to the sticker or keys, we reserve the right to charge THB 500
- If the rental RV has been partially flooded or driven through water, causing partial damage to the interior of the RV (RV Floor Damage or 50% of the interior damage), a charge of THB 10,000-30,000 will be applied.
